We source our ingredients as local as possible; this allows for the freshest ingredients, with the truest flavour. All components of your cake will be made in-house, small batch, without preservatives.
Our swiss meringue buttercream, and majority of our cakes, are made with Canadian butter. Just like butter, the cakes and buttercream harden in the fridge. We recommend serving our cakes at room temperature for the most appropriate texture; this requires the cake to sit at room temperature for 2-4+ hours prior to serving. The temperature of your venue will effect this.
